Building One

The Beacon Institute's first facility at the Denning's Point Park campus — unofficially known as "Building One" — is an adaptive reuse of an existing late-19th century, 4,000-square-foot building. A model of "green" design that we anticipate will receive significant LEED certification, Building One will be the intial interpretive and educational center for the Institute's broader research campus on Denning's Point, as well as Denning's Point Park's new visitor's center.
